Do my clients need an account?

The client portal uses a private project link. Clients can open their link and add content without creating an account. Studio owners and teammates sign in with Google.

Where are files stored, and how are they protected?

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2, with encryption in storage and during transfer. Studio access requires sign-in; clients access their project through a private link. Anyone with that link can access the project, so share it only with the intended client. Your studio can replace the link at any time.

Does this write the website copy for us?

Your client supplies the facts. Each request includes a prompt and example, plus optional AI help to explain the question or suggest wording. Nothing is added automatically; your client and studio review the content before using it.

Can we use our existing project tools?

Yes. ReadyBrief collects the content. Your team can download the copy and files, then build the site using the tools you already use.

Are automatic email reminders available?
