Information in your workspace

ReadyBrief stores your sign-in identifier and email, studio details, teammate access, project and client contact details, submitted text, uploaded files, item approvals and a project activity history. If billing is activated, it will also store subscription identifiers and status.

How information is used

This information supports the content collection service: controlling access, saving submissions, showing progress, managing your subscription and sending invitations requested by studios, change requests, daily submission summaries and opt-in weekly reminders when email delivery is connected.

Who can access it

Your studio members can access studio projects. A client project link grants access to that project’s content. The link is a secret access credential: do not post it publicly. The studio can replace it to invalidate the old link.

Service providers

The current site runs through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Studio accounts sign in with Google through Supabase. Google verifies your account and shares your basic profile and email with Supabase. ReadyBrief uses your verified email and account identifier for access to your studio. It does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive. Supabase manages authentication sessions. Email-code sign-in is not activated. Structured data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded files in Cloudflare R2. These services encrypt data at rest and in transit. ReadyBrief checks project access on the server before serving files. When email delivery is activated, Resend receives recipient addresses and message content, including the project link and feedback required for delivery. Queued email messages and delivery status are stored in our database to retry safely. Payment processing is not activated. See the product page for current availability.

Optional AI help

When you agree and send a chat message, the selected question, its instructions and example, your message and up to two recent chat exchanges are sent to Groq to generate a response. Form answers, uploaded files and client contact details are not sent automatically. Groq Global Zero Data Retention is enabled for this integration. ReadyBrief does not store AI conversations in its database; they remain on the page until it reloads. We store usage counters to limit requests. The AI demo uses a temporary session cookie and a hashed network identifier for abuse limits. Suggestions do not change your answers unless you copy and use them yourself. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. You can complete the form without using AI.

Storage and removal

Project content remains stored until the studio deletes the project. Archiving makes a project read-only and does not delete its content. Project deletion removes associated file objects and application records. The service has no automated retention schedule in this release. Providers may retain infrastructure logs under their own policies.

Your choices

Studios can download project content, replace client links and remove a teammate. Clients can pause email reminders from their project page. For account deletion or other data requests, email ofekstorebiz@gmail.com.

Interactive demo

The guided demo uses sample text and a supplied sample file. Demo edits stay in browser memory and reset when you leave. They are not uploaded to a workspace. Optional demo AI messages are sent to Groq only after you agree, with the same safeguards described above.

Analytics

This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party product analytics. Authentication and hosting providers may use cookies and technical logs to operate their services.
