Using ReadyBrief

ReadyBrief helps a studio request website content, collect files and record approvals. The studio remains responsible for its relationship with its clients, the content it requests and the material it publishes.

Client links and team access

Share a client link only with people who should see and edit that project. Anyone with an active link can access its client content. The studio can replace the link, remove team access, archive a project or delete it.

Content you upload

You retain your rights in the content you submit. Upload only content you have permission to share. Do not use this workspace for passwords, payment card information, identity documents or other sensitive records unrelated to website content.

Early access and billing

Current early access includes up to three active projects, two team members and 2 GB of file storage per studio. No subscription payment is collected in this release. The planned Studio subscription is $29 per month. Paid service terms, operator details and applicable checkout terms will be provided before commercial launch.

Availability and your records

Features may change during early access. Keep your own copy of important files and use the export feature before deleting a project. This version does not include a service-level commitment.
